SST: Jelly Man Kelly

SESAME STREET TUESDAY

On President's Day I spent seven hours over at my friend Mike's house helping him construct a cabinet for his home office. I'm not a very handy person and I haven't had much exposure to home improvement projects, so it was really amazing to me that in such a relatively short amount of time you could take a single sheet of plywood and transform it into a functional object.

Mike had a dazzling array of table saws and Kreg Jigs and whatnot; however, what was perhaps even more dazzling was Mike's array of James Taylor music. He hooked up his iPod to a speaker and put his whole James Taylor library on shuffle, and over the course of the seven hours I did not hear a single song repeat (unless you count live versions or duets with Carol King of a particular song as duplicates). Who knew that James Taylor had such a vast discography? And Mike was singing along a lot of the time. It was kind of adorable.

However, in those seven hours of James Taylor I noticed a significant hole in Mike's library, so the I present the video below to help him complete his collection:
